INKY is an enquiry assistant designed to help tattoo artists manage initial client enquiries. It can help gather information such as a client's name, tattoo idea, reference images, placement, placement photos and preferred timeframe.
The purpose of INKY is to support tattoo artists by reducing repetitive enquiry admin and organising information before the artist personally reviews it.
INKY is not designed to replace the tattoo artist or make decisions on their behalf.
INKY does not:
Artists remain responsible for reviewing all enquiries, deciding whether a project is suitable, providing pricing, arranging bookings and communicating with clients.
Artists are also responsible for ensuring that their use of INKY fits their own studio processes, client communication standards and legal obligations.
INKY may collect information provided by clients during the enquiry process. This may include names, contact details, tattoo ideas, reference images, placement information, optional placement photos and enquiry messages.
Artists should not request or encourage clients to share bank details, card details or other sensitive financial information through INKY.
INKY is built on a managed platform. Scott Automations may have administrative access to client accounts for setup, onboarding, support, maintenance and troubleshooting purposes.
Scott Automations does not actively monitor client conversations as part of the service. Any access is intended only to support the operation, maintenance and improvement of INKY.
INKY relies on third-party services to operate, including GoHighLevel, Meta and OpenAI. These services may affect availability, integrations, messaging features and AI-assisted functionality.
Scott Automations is not responsible for outages, changes or limitations caused by third-party platforms.
Scott Automations will make reasonable efforts to keep INKY running smoothly. However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
INKY may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues or third-party service interruptions.
INKY is an evolving product. Features, workflows, integrations and functionality may change over time as the service develops.
Scott Automations may update, improve, limit or remove features where necessary.
Any fees for INKY will be agreed separately with the artist or studio. Founder pricing, trials or promotional offers may be subject to separate terms.
Unless otherwise agreed, continued access to INKY may depend on payment of the agreed fees.
You agree not to use INKY for unlawful, harmful, abusive or misleading purposes.
You must not use INKY to collect sensitive financial information, impersonate others, send spam, or communicate in a way that could damage the reputation of Scott Automations, INKY, or connected artists and studios.
INKY is provided as a support tool for managing initial enquiries. Scott Automations is not responsible for lost bookings, missed opportunities, client disputes, pricing decisions, appointment issues or outcomes resulting from an artist's use of the service.
Artists remain responsible for reviewing information, making decisions and managing their own client relationships.
Either party may end use of INKY by giving notice, unless separate written terms have been agreed.
Scott Automations may suspend or terminate access if the service is misused, fees remain unpaid, or continued access would create legal, security or operational concerns.
Use of INKY is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used and protected.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time as INKY develops. Any updates will be published on this page.
