INKY started with conversations.
We spoke to tattoo artists about how they managed enquiries and quickly noticed a common theme. Instagram had become the place where many bookings began, but managing those conversations alongside tattooing, drawing, consultations and running a business wasn't always easy.
Enquiries could become scattered. Important details were repeated again and again. Messages sometimes slipped through the cracks.
The problem wasn't a lack of dedication.
The problem was a lack of support.
INKY is a studio assistant designed specifically for tattoo artists.
It helps organise Instagram enquiries by gathering the information artists often need at the beginning of a conversation — things like placement, size, references and design ideas — before handing control back to the artist.
