1. Our Commitment to You

At Scott Automations, we believe in the quality of our AI receptionist service and we want every client to feel confident when signing up. That is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all new subscriptions.

If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 30 days, simply get in touch and we will work with you to put it right — or issue a full refund. No awkward conversations, no lengthy disputes.

2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

New clients are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of their service going live, provided:

  • You have raised your concerns with us at hello@scottautomations.co.uk and given us a reasonable opportunity to resolve them

  • The issue relates to the performance or quality of the AI receptionist service as described

  • The request is made within 30 days of your AI receptionist being activated

We will always try to resolve issues before processing a refund. This may include adjusting your AI receptionist's configuration, prompts, or notification setup based on your feedback.

3. Ongoing Subscriptions

After the initial 30-day period, the following refund terms apply:

  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced

  • If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period — no partial month refunds will be issued

  • If Scott Automations is unable to deliver the agreed service due to a fault on our part (for example, a technical failure affecting your AI receptionist for an extended period), a pro-rata credit or refund may be offered at our discretion

4. Setup Fees

Where a one-off setup fee has been charged, this is non-refundable once the build process has commenced. This reflects the time and resource invested in configuring your bespoke AI receptionist.

If a setup fee has been paid but the build has not yet started, a full refund of the setup fee can be requested within 7 days of payment.

5. Service Disruptions

Scott Automations' service relies on third-party platforms including WhatsApp Business API, Make.com, and Anthropic's Claude API. In the event of a disruption caused by these providers, Scott Automations will make every effort to restore service promptly.

Refunds will not be issued for disruptions caused by third-party platform outages outside of our control. However, where a disruption is prolonged (more than 5 consecutive working days), we will discuss an appropriate resolution with affected clients on a case-by-case basis.

Please include your business name, the reason for your request, and any relevant details about the issue you have experienced. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 working days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
